At ACRES, as a Junior Cultivation Specialist, you’ll combine technology, biology, and cultivation in a modern greenhouse. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility, plenty of variety, and every opportunity to further develop your skills.
As a Junior Grower, you’ll work at ACRES spark every day to ensure the optimal growth of our cucumber plants. You’ll maintain the balance between technology, cultivation, and nature. You’ll monitor the plants, check water levels and nutrient levels, adjust the climate, and apply biological methods where necessary. You’ll also resolve various issues and ensure that all processes continue to run smoothly. You walk through the crop daily to monitor growth, identify anomalies, and implement improvements. You perform quality control and carry out logistical tasks. During vacations, you’ll stand in for the Grower Manager and the Labor Site Manager. This means every day is different, and every day you’ll make the growing process a little better.
